Large bronze pendant by Kalevala of Finland on 24 inch brass chain. This pendant measures 3" long by 2" wide and is marked on the back. Kalevala Finnish jewelry uses motifs handed down from the Iron Age and the wealthy Viking Era. Most of the designs are replicas of ancients treasures. The jewelry is made under the guidance of archaeologists, either as direct copies or as variations on the originals. The chain and pendant weigh 71.6 grams, according to the woman I bought this piece from, it was originally purchased in the 1950's. $6.00 US or Canada ship/insure, and shipping costs for multiple purchases are automatically discounted.
