Vintage silver genuine shell cameo form the 1940's in an 800 silver setting accented with marcasite. This cameo has good carving, the upswept hair, her features and necklace are well portrayed. The frame is 800 silver (800 parts of 1,000 pure silver) and measures 1" tall by 5/8" wide. The pendant is on a period 18" sterling silver chain. Condition is excellent with no missing marcasite.
